از خود مکس یا مایا میتونی رندر 2دی بگیری البته باید متریالی که میدی کارتونی باشه
یا اینکه از پلاگینهای حرفه ای استفاده کنی مثل finaltoon واسه render یا یه چیزایی مثل این
بستگی به نوع کار داره
دیدم چند تا پست زدی گفتم اید عجله داری من جواب دادم

1. The V-Ray Extensions & Grass plugin do not work properly on 3ds Max 9 hence removed.
2. Presets still do not work yet, author did not fix for this version either, historical issue.
