فکر کنم این eroor واسه این هست که این فالها (config.php+setting.php) اجازه دسترسی ندارن.باید بری توی فولدری که فالها رو ریختی بعد روی اسم فایل کلیک کنی .سمت راست صفحه change perminssion نوشته, همون جایی که کپی و .. نوشته.بعد سطح دسترسی رو 644 یا اگر همین هست به 777 تغییرش بده.حالا امتحان کن ببین درست میشه.
من خودم این فایلها رو چندین بار روی کامپیوتر و هاست ریختم. اشکال از برنامه و فایلها نیست.

من سر فارسی شدن گیر داشتم که اونم حل شد !
حالا می خواهم قالبشو سیاه کنم اما تا حالا پیدا نکردم اگه شما سراغ دارید ؛ ممنون میشم که منم راهنمایی کنید
