این پلاگینو هم از سایت smallplugin برداشتم نسخه جدیدش هست. ویژگی های جدیدشم به زبان سازنده از نسخه 1.8.5 تا 1.8.6 براتون میزارم
What's new in version 1.8.6
Fixes
Fixed slow navigation in menu bar in designer mode.
The AlphaBlendWindow command now correctly turns window back to its standard look and shape.
Fixed menu icons stretching if system icon metrics for small icons are greater than 16x16 pixels.
Fixed high contrast themes support in menu styles.
Fixed only checkmark border drawing on some x64 machines in Visual Studio 2010 style library.
Fixed incorrect menu border drawing in classic themes in Visual Studio 2010 style library.
Changes
Now there's no need to specify path to the style library in order to disable menu style.

Style libraries use updated menu bar that does not flicker on a window resize.
The RegistryEnumerateValues is replaced by more functional command called RegistryEnumerateElements allowing to enumerate values or subkeys for the specified registry key.
Fixes
The AlphaBlendImage command does not change window shape if parameter string contains path to an image with the bit depth lower than 32 bit.
Fixed single-key menu shortcuts blocking access keys with the same key in the currently active menu.
Fixed keyboard navigation in rightordered popup menus.
