برای خود منم همچین Error قبلا می داد
ولی از موقعی که آپدیت های افتر را دانلود و نصب کردم میشه گفت هیچ مشکلی باهاش ندارم

خودم این Error را توی انجمن Videocopilot پرسیده بودم و اینم جوابشون
We've all had this infamous message, let's see.. the solution is pretty simple:
when you load AE, immediately after starting up Hold down Ctrl+Alt+Shift while
starting After Effects or Hold down Command+Option+Shift if you are on a Mac.
That will restore default preferences settings and hopefully regain your ability
to use AE, this is commonly due to you doing some intensive effects you previously
were testing or whatever that involved resolution/internal/software settings being changed
and crashed after effects, maybe a new GFX card, new plug-ins, wrong plug-in for
your operating system, not enough RAM for the operation you were running, etc.
If that doesn't work try re-installing AE but make sure to deactivate first, then use
"microsoft cleanup utility" and "wincs3clean" from Adobe, and then re-install with your
product key and registration.. that's about it, let me knwo what happens
