اما مقدارش True هستش اما همچنان این مشکل رو دارم.
تازه وقتی هم که خودش میسازه فایل وب کانفیگ رو یه ارور بزرگتر میاد که به کدها گیر میده.

گرچه توی کدی که اینجا گذاشتی debug روی false بود....
از این فایل web.config استفاده کن ببین مشکل حل می شه؟
