سلام من 2 روز هست که با رمز عبوری که داده بودم برای جی میلم دیگه وارد نمیشه
در مراحل بازیابی رمز عبور password recovery page. وقتی اسم آی دی و سپس اون حروف رو وارد می کنم. بعد از این باید اون سوال امنیتی رو بپرسه که من جواب بدم ولی سوال رو نمایش نمیده و این پیغام رو میده. نمی دونم چیکار کنم .
از دوستانی که تا بحال به این مشکل برخوردند می تونید من رو راهنمایی کنید. ممنون می شم.
