شناسايي فعاليت جاوا در كامپييوتر

من يه دستور جاوا اسكريپت مي خواهم كه وقتي لينك يه صفحه رو گذاشتم و زدم اگر جاوا فعال بود برود در a.htm و اگر فعال نبود برود به صفحه ي b.htm

يعني صفحه ي b.htm توش دستوري از جاوا است و مي خواهم اگر جاوا ندارد به a.htm برود
