سلام
اتفاقي گذرم به سايت کنفدراسيون فوتبال آسيا افتاد، ديدم داره براي متخصص IT و طراح وب سايت و نرم افزار و گرافيست استخدام ميکنه .
شرايطش به نظرم جالب اومد، گفتم شايد بدرد کسي بخوره.

 The Asian Football Confederation is the governing body for football in Asia. Founded in 1954, AFC is based in Kuala Lumpur, MALAYSIA.  ICT DIVISION
 The AFC has an information technology platform which encompasses proprietary software applications, software development, full scale in house website operations and network & IT infrastructure administration. We require an experienced IT Professional to provide strategic direction and operational leadership of all IT matters of the AFC. The person should have the attributes stated below:
 Software Developers (Website)
 
 
 Responsibilities:
 Has very broad responsibilities that includes designing information architecture, designing and developing web pages, web scripting and programming for the Web. Expected to work in the programming languages common to the Internet and World Wide Web, which includes ASP, ASP.NET, HTML. XML, JavaScript, Flash Action script and DHTML. He/She will be responsible for providing the programming which makes Web pages interactive that allows surfers to interact with back end applications like databases.
 Requirements:
 * Minimum Advanced Diploma/ Degree in IT
 * 5 years work experience in Web Development on Windows environment, with at least 3 years in a large IT organization/projects
 * Wide knowledge of websites, portals and information systems is essential
 * Strong analysis and system design skills and able to identify appopriate technologies to be used
 * Familiarity with web standards
 * Good English language skills ( written and spoken)
 * Good general communication skill
 The candidate should have the following skill sets:
 * Required -- ASP, JavaScript, ASP.NET, PHP, HTML, XHTML, DHTML, XML/XSLT, CSS, Cross browser development, Form design, GUI design, Security and User Security
 * Experience developing solutions for Multilanguage Portal/Website would be required
 * Good knowledge of MSQL

Software Architects/Developers
 
 
 Responsibilities:
 Analyze customer requirements and provide, from these, the full range of analysis and documentation to developers to allow software to be built. Documentation must be clear and concise offering detail down to the system and database level. Data analysis skills are essential.
 Requirements:
 * Minimum Advanced Diploma/Degree in IT
 * Minimum 3 years similar experience
 * Good English, spoken and written
 * Good general communication skill
 * Knowledge of Web development
 * Knowledge of Linux, SQL and remote development skills
 * Experience of CVS or similar Versioning System
 * Competence with remote working technologies and use of SSH, SCP and related tools
 * Analysis skills and ability to handle specific codes and produce end results to those specifications
 * Testing experience
 The following are specific skills expected of the candidate:
 ANALYSIS SKILLS
 o Data Analysis
 o System Analysis
 o Fault Analysis

 o Web Development
 SERVER SKILLS
The server is currently Linux based and operating on Windows platform. The candidate should have the following skills in this area:
 o Required Skills-- Linux, Apache, Perl, PHP, CGI, MySQL and Linux/Unix Administration
 o Optional Skills -- Sendmail, WebMin, PDF, XML, XSLT
 CLIENT SKILLS
Currently the client is Internet Explorer 5.5+ although the site mostly works with Mozila 1+ and Netscape 6.2 +. It is an intention to make the client work perfectly on Mozila and Netscape. The candidate should have the following skills in this area:
 Required Skills -- HTML and XHTML, XML/XSLT, CSS, JavaScript
Optional Skills -- DHTML, Cross browser development, Form design, GUI design, Security and User Security, Java Applet

Development skills using VB is an added advantage

 MARKETING DIVISION
 Website Designer
 
 
 Responsibilities:
 * Support & Manage the "Look and Feel" of the AFC Website
 * Manage, enhance, develop and maintain the AFC Website and provide on going support for the AFC Website
 * Must provide HTML coding graphic interface to AFC Website programmers
 * Develop Graphics Components and Goodies for AFC fans via website such as Wallpaper, Animation graphics, etc
 * Provide on going support, offering problem analysis and solution/referal as appropriate with reference to its graphic component
 * Generates and manipulates graphic images, animations, sound, text and video into consolidated and seamlesss multimedia programs. Must remain abreast of techonological advances in the field and be able to identify areas of use in organization
 * To design website page layouts, logos, create custom artwork, website banners and menu navigation 
 Requirements:
 * Minimum of 5 years relevant experience
 * Proficient in window-based software programs including, but not limited to Photoshop CS or higher, Adobe Illustrator 10.0 or higher, Flash 7.0 or higher, InDesign, Dreamweaver and excellent working knowledge of HTML and Javascript
 * Experience with ASP.NET, ASP, Javascript, HTML, CSS, SQL
 * Independent in terms of work planning and able to prioritize tasks
 * Team player with ability to work with a wide range of team members across several functions and amongst a diverse global workforce at AFC
 * Quick learner, especially in technical areas. Able to work in a fast paced environment
 * An above average positive outlook and responsible to meet set timelines

 Responsibilities:
 * Coordinate and manage the image and presentation of the AFC across all internal & external publications
 * Development of the AFC corporate "brand" creation of print and other advertising
 * Develope graphic materials based on briefs
 * Maximize the effectiveness of all graphic communication
 * Development of backdrops, printed materials, course brochures, manuals, etc
 * Development of exhibition material
 * Development of the AFC Annual Reports
 Requirements:
 * Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Art & Design or equivalent
 * Required skill(s): Adobe In-Design. Familiar with other graphics design soft wares (i.e Photoshop/Illustrator)
 * Required language(s): English. Additional competency in Asian languages are an advantage
 * At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
 * Applicants must be willing to work in Bukit Jalil, Kuala Lumpur-- must have own transport
 * Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status
 * Preferably candidates specializing in Arts /Creative/Graphics Design or equivalent
 * Must be willing to work unusual hours and meet deadlines over weekends, where required
 * Candidates with experience in sports publishing have added advantage
 * Must have interest in football

بدرد کسی که موقعیتش و داشته باشه خوبه ولی یکی مقل من و شما یا ... می بینی هزنیه هامون بیشتر میشه تا .....

این قدر هم فیلتر باید رد بکنی تا بتونی کار و آدم بگیره که آدم در کل بی خیایل میشه

به نظر من کسی که به یه کاری اعتقاد داشته باشه و مصمم باشه ، اصلاً هیچ مانعی پیش روش نمیبینه !

+ ولی به این اعتقاد دارم آدم اگه نتونه تویی شهر و کشور خودش روزی خودشو بدست بیاره هیچ جایی دنیا نمی تونه

+ اگه کسی کاری بلد باشه هیچ وقت نمی ره زیر مجموعه یک گروه بشه

یکم حساب کتاب بکنید می بینید هزینه هاتون از حقوق بیشتر میشه

مخالفم ...
بستگی به شرایط داره، شاید اون گروه اونقدر بزرگ باشه که ارزشش رو داشته باشه براشون کار کنی.
مثلاً اگر یه شرکت متوسط تو شهر خودتون به شما پیشنهاد کار با بهترین شرایط بکنه ممکنه شما ترجیح بدید خودتون یه شرکت ثبت بکنید و از صفر شروع کنید تا در آینده نزدیک بشید رقیب اون شرکت...
اما آیا اگر همون پیشنهاد از سوی شرکت مایکروسافت بهتون داده بشه ، بازم همین کار رو میکنید ؟!

اره اون جوری که جوابش مشخصه ولی طرز فکر یکی ممکنه این باشه که حالا اگه مایکروسافت پیشنهاد داد دیگه تا آخرش اونجاست و ....

ولی من که این حرف رو می زنم این طور به قضیه نگاه می کنم 10 سال می رم اونجا بعد از 10 سال خودم مستقل کار میکنم بعد از یادگیری خیلی از مسایل در اون مجموعه

( متاسفانه خیلی از شرکتها که تویی همین مجید آنلاین هم خیلی حرفشون هست و .... مشکلشون در استخدام با افرادی مقل من در همینه که کف رم یکنند حالا اگه یکی مقل من یا ... اومد و چند ماه بعد گزاشت رفت دیگه شرکت اطلاعاتشو از دست داده )

اگه دقت کنید خیلی از شرکتها نیروزی کاریشون خیلی ضیعبف هستند دلیلش اینه که افراد مسلط و .... شاید فقط چند ماه برای شرکت کار کنند و بعدش به دلیل محیط و جوی که بوجود میاد و محدودیتی که هست می زارن می رن
