If he can't prove authorship, would Milad prefer to leave the script in our Code Gallery under his name, or remove it from zend.com?

No contest - Sallar immediately admitted taking Milad's material from the site you referred to. He adds that he is writing his own version 'and will upload it soon', so let's just hope it's original work this time!
I'm taking the code offline, thinking about it - if Milad wants to upload his own code under his own name, it would be best for him to do this himself.

Did you mean 'send article' or did you mean 'upload code'?
If you want to upload code you need to log in to the Zend site and follow the instructions in the Code Gallery.
If you want to send an article, you need to email it to me - preferably in .doc format as I'm stuck with Windows at present - or, if you haven't written it yet, talk it over with me via email first. I don't publish everything I'm offered, but I'm always on the lookout for good ideas.
Our standard rate is $100 USD for each published item.
