بسیار مهم - سوال من از شرکت Chaosgroup V-Ray و پاسخ آن ها!!! (CPU or GPU)
سوالی که من از شرکت تولید کننده پلاگین وی ری پرسیدم و پاسخی که آن ها دادن...
برای کسایی که در خرید کارت گرافیک مردد اند بسیار مهمه

من پرسیدم پلاگین وی ری از CPU استفاده می کنه یا GPU؟
اونا گفتن بسته به انتخاب شما، از هر کدوم می شه استفاده کرد.
پس تو این گرونی بازار هرکی می خواد سیستم جمع کنه باید ببینه CPU براش ارزون تر در میاد یا کارت گرافیک.
این مطلب یعنی چند صد هزار تومان نفع به خاطر انتخاب صحیح.
لطفا هرکی توضیحی در این مورد داره بگه من هم استفاده کنم.

In 3ds Max design 2012, mental rayrelies on CPU performance, so a workstation with more cores can provide faster rendering performance. iray, on the other hand, is GPU bound, so it requires high performance and/or multiple graphics cards.
what's your plugin (V-Ray v.2) based on?

V-Ray 2.0 for 3ds Max combines the power of V-Ray rendering engine with the speed of the interactive rendering system V-Ray RT. V-Ray RT runs both on CPU and GPU. V-Ray RT for GPU is based on OpenCL and as such should be able to run on any OpenCL-compatible graphic card.
