Printing
When printing a Word document, use File/Print/Zoom to choose:
* How many pages to print per sheet of paper
* To scale the print to a specified paper size
To print more than one page of a document to each printed page, first check that the page setup and the printer setup are using the same paper size:
* From the File menu select Page Setup/Paper size and select the paper size for the document (this is normally A4)
* From the File menu select Print/Properties and check the default paper size for the printer (normally A4)
In some cases the paper sizes under Page Setup and the Printer properties may not be the same, for example when a printer has different trays for different sized paper. However, there is a problem with Word 2000 in that the text may be reduced from the expected size and/or some text may be clipped or missing from the end of the printed document if these two settings are different.
