کمک- یک warning در سایت من !

سلام ...
من یک وب سایت دارم به آدرس www.sootak.ir ویا www.rezamonavari.ir
از چند روز پیش بطور ناگهانی همونجور که الان همه به سایت برید مشاهده میکنید ...این warning رو میده (به تعداد مطالب هر صفحه که نکته جالب اینه که حتی در قسمت مدیریت هم این warning وجود داره....

در ضمن از وقتی این موضوع پیش اومده من نمیتونم در قسمن مدیریت از منوی "راهنما" به "اطلاعات سیستم برم و به محض کلیک روی این گزینه این پیام رو میده:

در ضمن من نسخه جوملای خودم رو به 1.5.15 ارتقا دادم ولی بازم مشکلم حل نشد

معمولا این مشکلات که به صورت ناگهانی برای سایت پیش میاد از تغییراتی است که در سرور داده میشه

بهتر هست در این مورد با پشتیبانی هاست صحبت کنید و یا لاگها رو بررسی کنید

این خطا در 99 درصد مواقع تنها به دو علت زیر رخ می دهد :
1 ) پوشه یا فایل ها نباید 777 باشند برای پوشه ها 755 و برای فایل ها 644 در نظر بگیرید.
(بر روی فایل 755 هم توسط php در سیستم جدید همان کاربر می تواند بنویسد.)
2 ) اگر فایل htaccess شما داری مقادیر php_value register_globals on یا php_flag register_globals on است مقادیر آن خط را پاک کرده و به جای آن در فایلی به نام php.ini مقدار register_globals = on گذاشته و در public_html سایت خود بارگذاری کنیدتا رجیستر
گلوبال برای سایت شما فعال شود.
3 ) در سیستم جدید مقادیر php_flag و php_value پیغام خطای 500 می دهند. که مقادیر باید از فایل htacsess پاک شده و در فایلی به نام php.ini که خودتان با notepad می توانید بسازید اعمال شود.

سلام
من شاخه های من روی 755 و فایل های من روی 644 ست هستند
اما وقتی فایل فایل htaccess خودم رو قرار میدهم کلا سایت متوقف میشه و این پیام رو هم در سایت و هم در مدیریت میده: Internal Server Error

در ضمن من فایل php.ini رو در root ساختم و محتوایی که شما گفتید رو قرار دادم .. اما بازم درست نشد..
الان هم فقط سایت در شرایطی بالا می آد که کلا httacess نداشته باشم
خواهش میکنم منو راهنمایی کنید.

سلام
من دقیقا خط 67 از فایل مورد اشاره ارور رو دیزیبل کردم و درست شد!!!
متن ارور این بود
/home/hicissss/public_html/libraries/joomla/event/event.php on line 67
و من هم کل اون if رو دیزیبل کردم
و درست شد!!!
