مشکل با نصب max 2009 sp1

سلام دوستان یه مشکل واسم پیش اومده وقتی میخوام سرویس پک 1 رو واسه مکسم نصب کنم ارور میده اینم عکس:

وقتیم ok رو میزنم این رو میاره:

فکر میکنید مشکل از چی باشه الانم 3ds max design 2009 رو دارم ولی sp1 نیست.خیلی ممنون میشم اگه جواب بدید.

The Internal Error 2727 message occurs when you try to install a Hotfix or Service Pack that is incompatible with the software currently installed on your workstation. So you may be trying to install a 3ds Max Hotfix on an installation of 3ds Max Design, or vice-versa.

Make sure that you have downloaded a version of the Hotfix, or Service Pack, that corresponds to the software you already have installed​

همونطور که میبینی مشکل از منطبق نبودن installer با نسخه مکس ئه. در حقیقت این Service Pack برای نسخه موجود روی سیستمت نیست.
چیزایی که باید موقع دانلود کردن چک کنی : 32 یا 64 bit ، نسخه design یا معمولی ، ورژن مکس.
